Statement

Of all the big cliché questions in life –
What is the meaning of life?
Does God exist?
What’s beyond our universe?
What’s after death?

Perhaps the most fundamental question that shapes the universe and us is:
why is there anything at all?
Why does the universe exists?
Why must it exist when Nothing would have been simpler?
Did everything came out of Nothing (ex nihilo)?

At the instance of the Big Bang,
the laws of physics was born –
pulling particles together by gravity
to eventually form a universe full of light and form.
And out of physics, chemistry takes shape as more complex atoms and molecules are created.
Chemistry then gave rise to biology on earth,
which led to evolution and ultimately to us –
with our psychology, sociology, ideology, culture and art.
Each discipline an evolutionary step out of Nothing.

So why did it all happen?
